Inside clutch cover will be cleaned and breather checked for blockage, small pushrod will be greased and new cover seal fitted.

It would be nice to utilise the original barrell and head. Original parts tend to be more superior !

Good colour on plug although looks white in pic it is actually a nice light brown colour

Piston top inside barrell. Again you can see where the head was leaking with the marks on right

The cable tie succesfully stopped the throttle rod falling off

Hear you can see a cable tie i fitted to throttle cable two years ago !

If you have a large carb with no or big gapped gause on it that grass will go inside you engine !
